In the rare case you find a fault or issue in any of our products, you can return it to us for quality testing. It must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in a sellable condition.
If you find fault with one of our products ordered online, please email email@example.com with images and a description of your issue. We will contact you within 1-2 business days and outline the next steps.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please do not send any products back to us, without first emailing and discussing with our customer service team.

We currently offer delivery anywhere in Australia. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
We offer express delivery. If you order before 12pm Monday-Friday, your order will be dispatched the same afternoon. After 12pm, your order will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is picked up by our delivery partners, we are unable to guarantee any delivery timeframes. Usually, delivery will take 2-7 business days. You can get an estimate of delivery times if you head to Australia’s Post website under the ‘calculate postage and delivery’. Put down Chester Hill, 2162 as the ‘from’ location.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75, for any orders under $75 the shipping will cost $11.
Yes, we have a factory outlet located in Chester Hill, Sydney (Unit 2, 165 Waldron Road, Chester Hill, 2162).
Yes, you can place your order online and select Click & Collect as a delivery option. If you order before 12pm, your order will be available to pick up anytime before 2pm the same day Monday-Friday. You will not receive an email advising your order is ready, just come by anytime between 11am-2pm Monday-Friday.
Click & Collect is not available on Saturdays, however, you can shop directly from our Factory Outlet.
We are open 10am-4pm Monday-Friday and 11am-2pm Saturday.
